I’m a fun, motivating PT with a BSc in Sports Science and over 17 years experience. I have a unique approach to training with fitness as my passion.

I blend strength, conditioning and bodybuilding for functional aesthetics. I have run a variety of Ultra Marathons, enjoy Surfing, Snowboarding, Basketball and I am a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ).
